My client found the drawer faces and panels on a trip to Thailand and asked me to build a bookcase to feature them.  I used African mahogany for the rest of the piece.

Dining Table and Bench Set

The table and bench tops are Myrtle and the bases are English Walnut.  Over time, the difference in the colors of these two woods will diminish.  The table and bench bases are joined together with mortise and tenons and the tops are connected with sliding dovetails.
